I have read many times about the health benefits from eating ginger, turmeric, garlic, avocado, etc. Regular exercise is also important too to keep as part of your daily routine. Also the importance of enough and proper sleep. At least 7 hours of good sleep for adults like me. While my little guy needs about 8-9 hours of good sleep each day.
With so many distractions we all have today, it takes some discipline and love for one self to take these health reminders into serious consideration.
Remember to take good care of your young self as your older self will truly be thankful for.
