Would Love to Travel

I would love to travel and our project next year since we might travel sometime later this year within the country, we would dream of traveling out of the country even in the nearby Asian countries. So as early as now we are looking into travel deals as we might try Thailand as recommended by our classmate in the class we are taking up these days, who had travel there and he said it was a nice place to go to. Maybe there or somewhere else. Hongkong may have to wait as we want CT to be bigger when we get there so that he would appreciate more what he would see there and remember it hopefully. I am still saving up for that. It would be a family affair.

Sky Watch

I went out this morning to have CT ride his bike while waiting for H to come home. This is usually our morning ritual unless when the sky is crying meaning it is raining and when I feel lazy to get out. This morning I looked up the sky and decided to take a shot of it which looks wonderfully blue though with less clouds up there compared to the more cloudy sky about an hour earlier when this shot was taken. Since I joined the Sky Watch, I have learned again to look at the sky and appreciate its relaxing and calming effect to the mind and soul. It somehow makes you think and reflect that there is so much beauty in life and if we just open our eyes and look around or should I say look up the sky and you will say life is beautiful. Opportunities and happiness in life can be said - "The sky is the limit!" Do you agree? :)

The Great Outdoors

Enjoying the great outdoors can be the best thing we can experience every day. Sometimes we take it for granted but the chance to see it is up to us. This chance we got was during the FPS sunset shoot last May 1. It was a relaxing and beautiful experience.

Chocolates... Chocolates

In the past few days chocolates and chocolates were coming in the house. My sister first brought home chocolates given by one of her friends. I love-hate the dark chocolate! :) Then one of our neighbors gave us more chocolates from her daughter who just came for a vacation from the US. Hmmmm well tempting and who can resist? Why should I resist as I try to justify and protect my diet? Well one thing I have read that reminded me why I should resist eating too much chocolates is because of a possible skin outbreak. Well prevention or get an acne treatment just in case. But as my sister would say to me when she wants to justify eating too much, she would say that life is too short. So chocolates, keep on coming!

Sky Watch

Yesterday when we were at the nearby church after attending the 6AM mass with H and CT, we took our time taking photos around and got this shot of a rather cloudy yet beautiful sky. It was a relaxing time for us to enjoy the morning sun. It has been quite a long while since we attended a Wednesday mass and an early morning mass at that. Being able to look at this beautiful, cloudy sky has a calming and relaxing effect. Well simply enjoying the beauty of the sky and nature is one of the best things in life that is free!

Yes Ces Drilon, the camera man and the MSU professor who were kidnapped were finally freed last night at 11PM by their Abu Sayyaf abductors after being held captive since June 8. One of their other companion an assistant camera man was released last June 12 after paying P2 million reportedly. Ces has said during her presscon in Zamboanga after her release that she had learned the value of life and family. She also said that she was somehow reckless for putting her family in this 10 day ordeal. But for now they are just grateful for those who helped them be free from their abductors.

Meet little girl Yasmin. She is such a pretty baby girl turning two in four months. I am fascinated by her hair and those big, round and innocent eyes.

No Rice at Night

No rice at night was what Direk Joey Reyes said to one of those who auditioned to be a Pinoy Dream Academy scholar. The guy had already lost weight he said during the interview before going onstage. But still the judges feel that he needs to lose weight more. Well he might like to check these lipovox reviews. Lipovox are said to have extracts of super foods like garlic, barley, wheat grass and pepper fruit and then super antioxidants for beautiful skin like green tea extract and salmon oil powder. I think it will do wonders for you to lose weight aside from having no rice at night as what the director said. Well it may be good to try!

Sun is Out

Goof sunny morning! It's a sunny second day of school here. Yesterday it was mostly cloudy here in our part of the world. Good thing the sun is out this morning and it seems to be a beautiful day to start with. I hope the weather will be as good as this till sunset. As much as we have been waiting for a good clearer view of the sunset, we have another photo shoot to go to today but not a sunset shoot. We will be in a park I think. I hope H and I will be able to decide well on the lens and praying hard we buy one with a good quality. Happy sunny Wednesday to everyone! Have fun in the sun! :)

Early to Play

My nephews are out early to play outside since it is a sunny morning. But one of my nephew already approached me upon seeing me coming out of the kitchen and was implying on his excitement to play games again on my cellphone. I was wondering what if we buy instead a PS2 which we have thought of before. My one doubt is that I might get stuck and addicted to laying it that I would forget to blog anymore. Hahaha when I was younger and still in school we would get stuck playing games in the PC almost by the time we sit in front of it. My mom would start ranting that we should be doing something else. She knows we get stuck playing for hours not mindful even if we have not eaten yet. She does not want us to skip meals just like my sis now with her kids who would want to play most of the time rather than eat on time.

Realize by Colbie Caillat

I have been searching for the song and lyrics of Realize by Colbie Caillat and found it just this afternoon. It is a nice slow song that I have been loving to hear. It has been played at Pinoy Big Brother quite a few times.

I realize too that that the one you thought is perfect for you may not be perfect for you. That is we meet other people who are more close to perfect and who can defend us from people out there who hurt us. Well that said I realize life goes on and we cannot let other insignificant people ruin our happiness. Then I'm off to check out this Phentermine without a prescription which my sister has asked me to check. She must need it somehow.

Lens... lens... lens....

H and I are looking for UV filter and the much wanted for lens for our Nikon D60. I want to get the best buy there is and I hope I can find one online. I have been chanting "Lens... lens... lens..." while I was doing the laundry this morning until H came to help me and he heard me chanting that. He said he will check online if maybe we can find a good deal that is cheaper than the one sold in the mall but good quality and with warranty. It will be an investment - an expensive investment at that.

Sky Watch - Mount Apo

The magnificent Mount Apo and another set of sunset photos this time for Sky Watch. It was more dark than when we arrived at the Felis Resort in Matina, Davao City for the Fanatic Felis Fotofest sunset shoot. It would have been better if the sun had given us a more clear sky when it set in the horizon beyond Mount Apo.

More sunset photos HERE and HERE!!!

Weekend Snapshot: Felis Resort

Yesterday we were at Felis Resort with my hubby for a sunset photo shoot with the Fanatic Photographers Society. It was fun and we both enjoyed it. It has been awhile since I have been near the beach. I enjoyed a few minutes of peaceful and blissful moments just staring into the horizon looking at the setting sun near Mt. Apo and just enjoying the breeze. Anyway o this is one of the shots of hubby and I was in the foreground but I cropped myself as I just wanna post this photo as it is here. Hope everyone has a peaceful and blissful weekend! Have a great week ahead everyone! God bless! More HERE!

PBB Teen Edition Plus: Nan Evicted on its First Nomination

PBB teen housemate Nan of Davao finally says goodbye to his house mates. Nan was evicted last night after having an emotional conflict with Beauty which was also resolved this week. Nan only had 22.96% of the votes while Robi had 77.04% which is far from Nan's percentage of votes. I am not sure if the attitude Nan showed of not being willing to change his attitude had an effect on his very low votes compared to Robi or is it that Robi has so much support since the start considering he has been nominated for a few times already. I want Robi to be in the Big Four and if it may happen may he be the Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Teen Edition Plus Big Winner - same sentiments with Rona, Priscilla, Jiriel and Linda when they were asked by Boy Abunda in Boy and Kris when they guested this week of who they think will be the Big Winner in the Big Night. Who do you think is the Big Winner?

H have been telling me that he plans to upgrade our PC's physical random access memory or ram from 512MB to 1GB. I have to agree and I think it is but high time that we have to upgrade. The PC process slower than we want it to and I think one factor is that he uses Photoshop to edit our photos. Hope we can find a good deal online for it.
